What advice would you give to someone who wants to achieve results like you?

Just to stick it out and results will come. Being patient is so important.

In your opinion, what is the most important aspect of a transformation?

To me, the most important part is the meals and always having spares in freezer for the emergency. You can plan for when things go right, but it’s more important to have back-ups for when things go wrong.

I learnt you don't have to be 100% complaint to get results, because 100% every week is never going to happen.

Consistency will get your results, but perfection never will.

Tim says:

I love seeing posts of other people's journeys, they are all my inspiration. As a younger man I loved a drink and takeaway, and being a type 1 diabetic I didn't really care. It wasn’t until my kids came and now I would do anything to spend every moment with them.

Improving my lifestyle and my eating habits has helped my sugar levels and made me look and feel 100% better. Some people change diets, but this is a lifestyle change that will be easy to keep.

I have never been this lean in my life and have heaps of energy and I have only started my journey. I know I have come far, but have set many more changes for myself, so this is just the beginning.
