Ro Barclay: "Age is just a number!"

"This is inspired in so many way by my coach and one of the most inspirational people I know - Trish Veugelaers."  

On the left I am 50 years old. Lots of cardio exercise and running. No weight training. Inconsistent eating, dieting, missing meals, sweets, chocolate, alcohol most nights.

On the right: I am 60 years old. Have been following MP and lifting weights for 5-6 years, very small amount of cardio. Consistently good nutrition - 6 meals a day, lots and lots of food - delicious veggies and protein. Almost no alcohol.

On the right, I am TEN YEARS OLDER and in the best shape I have ever been in!

It’s never too late to start on your health and fitness journey.

It’s never too late to dream big.
