Pete Brown: "I wanted to do something extraordinary."

Recently, a group of qualified Metabolic Precision Specialists completed the Ab Factory Ultimate Role Model Challenge. Not only did they put themselves in their clients' shoes and make themselves fully accountable to us, but their “big reveal” performances were also live-streamed in front of 10,000 members in the MP page. This is their story.

Transformation Specialist: Peter Brown

Business Name: Fisique

"At first if you don’t succeed, do it again... and again, and again until you succeed.

Then, do it better." ;)

Hands up 🙋‍ if you could have sworn you've been eating MP with 95% compliance?

I know I have. Year on year I've followed the MP Principals, made sure 95% of my meals included each component making that meal Metabolically Precise.

Yet, each year I've looked totally different.

So what gives?

💥What was the difference between what I did in 2014 compared to 2016 and 2018?💥

2016 - I had a massive snapping point.

2018 - I had a goal, have been accountable to it and blackmailed to the hilt.

Pete's version of being 95% compliant has changed over the years

It's those things that will make you think twice about eating pizza in your "window" (you've done it before, I know I have)... or, go out shopping unprepared having to resort to an apple, a yopro and a fish oil capsule.

Compliance is wide open to interpretation, which means it can mean a lot of different things to different people.

Accountability cuts straight through your natural wanting to bend and shape the rules to suit you, and creates the clearest path to success.

As trainers I think it’s easy to get lazy and 'think' we know what we're doing. Accountability is essential to any transformation, that's why I'm accountable to my coach Trish.

In the 9 months leading up to the big reveal I drove 12,600km across 11 separate interstate trips. On top of that I also competed twice, we bought our first home and changed the direction of our business towards our version of success (more online).

I accepted the Role Model Challenge because I wanted to do something extraordinary. I wanted to inspire other trainers to go above average and complete a challenge that inspires their clients to do the same (despite whatever obstacles your life throws at you).

If I can do it, so can you. :)

Pete
