The problem with meal plans is that they make you work 10x harder than you need to work, and change more things than you need to change. 

This makes it incredibly difficult to sustain in the long-term, and worst of all, they don’t give you the answers to the questions that you really need to know.

After all, why do more than you need to do, when you can actually do a lot less and get a much better result?
