What advice would you give to someone who wants to achieve results like you? 

Stay consistent! You don't always have to be perfect, consistency is key to helping you move forward toward your goals.

In your opinion, what is the most important aspect of a transformation? 

Don't compare yourself to others, they are on their own journey. As long as you are happy with your results, if not, you know that you are making progress in the right direction.

What did you learn from this experience? 

Consistency is key, you don't have to be 100% all of the time to get results, if you fall off the bandwagon, pick yourself up, dust yourself off and get back on and do the very best that you can.

Chris says:

"I started training at the Ab Factory about 4 years ago when my partner Manda joined up to start training with Dave. I had never had a set exercise program before, I would wander around the gym aimlessly picking out random exercises, not really have a clue what I was doing! 

Weight training for me was difficult at times as I have scoliosis of the spine, which meant there were a few exercises that I couldn't do. But with the help of my physio working together with Trish and Dave they developed training programs that helped me achieve some amazing results in fitness and muscle gains.

Training with Trish and Dave gave me the focus I needed to achieve some amazing fitness goals including entering in 4 12 week challenges and being a finalist in two of them.

I have also completed a couple of Tough Mudder events and a Spartan sprint and beast events. One of the biggest and toughest achievements was completing the 50km Ultra-trail event through the Blue Mountains! I was happy to complete the 50kms in under my goal time of 10hrs and before the sun went down!"
