What advice would you give to someone who wants to achieve results like you?
Just to stick it out and results will come. Being patient is so important.

Even when you get into your 40's, it is never too late.
The same rules apply to anyone that wants to make a change. Education, a plan and a little patience.

1. Where you were born and grew up?
I was born in Melbourne, Australia, the youngest of 4. I grew up in Glen Waverley, a South Eastern suburb of Victoria. I now live in British Columbia, Canada.
2. What made you get into fitness?
I naturally got in to fitness at a young age w
