Favourite exercise: I strive to always be able to do body weight pull ups and I want to until the day I die, so that would be it...
When I get use my legs again, I am excited for squats, dead lifts and stiff legged dead lifts.

What advice would you give to someone who wants to achieve results like you?
Just to stick it out and results will come. Being patient is so important.

Favourite exercise: Road bike... for the fast pace adrenaline & freedom. It makes me feel like a kid again... riding my BMX to the local milk-bar for a bag of mixed lollies!

Hilal & Pat's First Power-Lifting Competition (27 December 2015)
Highlight: Pat came second and Hilal came third in their respective divisions. Awesome!
Lowlight: When Hilal had to rub numbing cream on Pat's bum before he went up for dead-lifts lol.

Throwback #15: The Spartan Beast & Trifecta (September 2015)
HIGH POINT: Some of the team did both events (The Spartan Beast 21km & The Spartan Sprint 7km)- IN THE SAME DAY!
LOW POINT: The cold after finishing the Beast, waiting to start the 7km Sprint.... ouch.
