Just to stick it out and results will come. Being patient is so important.

Training history: 5 years
Favourite exercise: Road bike... for the fast pace adrenaline & freedom. It makes me feel like a kid again... riding my BMX to the local milk-bar for a bag of mixed lollies!

Throwback #15: The Spartan Beast & Trifecta (September 2015)
HIGH POINT: Some of the team did both events (The Spartan Beast 21km & The Spartan Sprint 7km)- IN THE SAME DAY!
LOW POINT: The cold after finishing the Beast, waiting to start the 7km Sprint.... ouch.
CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL MEMBERS OF THE AB FACTORY
24 hour Obstacle Enduro in Sydney.
High point: Dave finished 10th and Matt 23rd out of over 200 competitors.
Low point: Mud mile, quad deep water for a mile. Air temperature getting down to 4 degrees.
Falling asleep and walking into trees whilst running at 3:00am.
When Dave Did 100 Miles on Foot (You Yang Regional Park - July 2016)
Highlight: When Trish turned up in the middle of the night to bring me trekking poles.
Lowlight: Minus 2 temperature for most of the 26 hours.
"The hardest thing I've done to date. Won't be doing that again any time soon!" :-)
