Recently, a group of qualified Metabolic Precision Specialists completed the Ab Factory Ultimate Role Model Challenge. Not only did they put themselves in their clients' shoes and make themselves fully accountable to us, but their “big reveal” performances were also live-streamed in front of 10,000 members in the MP page. This is their story.
Transformation Specialist: Sarah Woodcock
Business Name: Sarah JW Fitness
I entered the Role Model Challenge for a few reasons:
- To stay accountable, even as a trainer it's so important to have that accountability and guidance at hand;
- I wanted to set a great example for my clients by me experiencing all the hurdles and setbacks that they go through; and
- I wanted to look and feel sexy! It's all too easy to get wrapped up with life then we put ourselves at the back of the list.
I wanted to teach all those beautiful ladies out there whether you have had children or not, you CAN look and feel sexy again and how easy it really is to achieve.
(Sarah was a finalist at the MP Transformation Awards Gala 2018)
I did this to inspire women like me to get their sexy back and be the best version of themselves. I'm 43 and it's not just about having abs or big muscles, it's about feeling and loving your body no matter what. And you can do that by creating a healthy balanced lifestyle that works around your family life.
For me personally I have some flaws, I'm not perfect in any way shape or form. In fact I will let you in to a little secret… I'm a huge over-thinker and this has had a massive impact on me and my self-doubt.

Six months ago I barely put up any pictures of myself as I would worry about peoples' opinions. I have always been a quite achiever and this challenge has really helped me to be proud of my body and what I have achieved over the years.
I am still not great with this but it's something I work on daily to be the best version of me.
"The life in front of you is far more important than the life behind you."
