Since completing my bikini competition the most common question I have been asked is “are you back to eating normal”?
The thing is, over the last 6-9 months, my “normal” has changed.
I LOVE eating lots of veggies;
I find it easy to prep the same meals; and
I love the way I feel eating how I do now.
